Rare Protocol Weekly Update: Nov 9
Hello, art? It's me, Discovery...
Beginning with Curation Staking, Rare Protocol is tackling the most imminent problem faced by the web3 space: rewiring the dynamics of reputation building and curation in order to revitalize the delight and ease of art discovery. Right now, this is taking shape through staking activity, where users can signal their support by locking up RARE on anyone with an Ethereum address and in doing so, build out their Curated List.
Rare Protocol is growing beyond the bounds of the SuperRare ecosystem, quickly becoming a platform-agnostic tool that revolutionizes web3 as we know it. This is being brought to life by new partner integrations, creative use cases such as staking gated Telegram chats and Discord communities, and added utility through airdrops to stakers.

Manifold is an industry favorite amongst creators for sovereign smart contracts and creative tooling – and using it to mint artworks does not come at the cost of potential for RARE Rewards for stakers.
This guide will walk you through the process of deploying a Manifold contract and allocating a custom percentage of its earnings to your Community Pool.
Emerging Pools
Acidboy is a visual and digital artist, music producer, painter, and photographer. Their work is marked by a distinct, dizzying style of fine line drawings, gifs, and videos, all of which work to mesmerize the viewer. Their Community Pool was recently opened by Rare Protocol’s own Keagan Ead.
